On June 15, 2015 the Ambassador of Ukraine Mr.Yevhen Mykytenko held a meeting with Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce of Qatar, Mr.Mohammed bin Tuwar Al-Kuwari.

The meeting, in which the Counselor for Trade and Economic Affairs Mr.Volodymyr Kuruts participated, summed up the bilateral cooperation, presented opportunities and proposals of Ukrainian companies in construction, metallurgy, engineering and agriculture spheres, as well as outlined the planned collaborative activities for the nearest future. Parties also agreed to intensify exchange of visits between entrepreneurs of both countries.

During the meeting the Ukrainian businessman Dmytro Bondarenko, who was  appointed as a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine to the State of Qatar, was presented . Mr. D.Bondarenko also handed over relevant accreditation letter.

The sides discussed prospects of organizing the Days of Ukrainian business in Doha this fall.
