On the occasion of the 19-th Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine the Qatari "Al-Watan": Ukraine expects constitutional reform

On July 7, 2015 one of the leading Arabic newspapers of Qatar "Al-Watan" has posted a comment of the Ambassador of Ukraine Mr.Yevhen Mykytenko made on the celebration of the 19-th Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine.
The report particularly noted that the Parliameent (Verkhovna Rada) of Ukraine will soon vote the changes to the text of the incumbent Constitution proposed by the President of Ukraine to implement the principle of decentralization of powers and providing regions of our country additional administrative
and financial rights.
