On the morning of July 6, 2016 in the palace of Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Al Thani, Ambassador of Ukraine in the State of Qatar H.E. Mr. Yevhen Mykytenko took part in the congratulating ceremony to mark the end of the Holy month of Ramadan and the start of the "Eid al-Fitr" holiday (Uraza al-Bayram).

During a brief conversation with the Qatari leader the Ukrainian diplomat wished the leadership and people of Qatar prosperity, stability and progress, having expressed hope for continued positive dynamics for Ukrainian-Qatari relations at all levels.

In turn, Sheikh Tamim Al Thani wished Ukraine peace, security and sustainable prosperity.

The event was attended by heads of accredited diplomatic missions in Qatar, Qatari Foreign Ministry leadership.
