On November 5, 2020, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine ratified the Protocol on Air Services between Ukraine and the State of Qatar.
Liberalization of air services is next important step towards further enhancing of the Ukrainian-Qatari relations.
The Law provides for the ratification of the Protocol in order to bring it into force.
This will allow:
- expand the scope of market access by designating several airlines by each side;
- remove restrictions on the number of flights, capacity and types of aircraft, points in the territories of both countries during the regular flights.
