The Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Qatar welcomes the signing of MoU between Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine and Qatari investor Al Rayyyan Tourism Investment Co W.L.L. on modernization of the hotel «Ukraina» and establishment of the University of Hospitality.
