On October 29-th, 2013 the Fifth World Innovation Summit on Education (WISE) kicked-off in Doha. The abovementioned Summit annually takes place in Qatari capital under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser al- Misned – the mother of the incumbent Emir of Qatar.
The  event brought together about 1,200 participants from over 100 countries , representing renowned international educational institutions , youth associations and non-governmental organizations.
WISE Summit is considered to be a unique international platform for public discussion of current challenges and problems of science and education as well as for marking the achievements made by leading scientists, educators and public leaders .

The Ukrainian delegation, which is participating in the event, is represented by the management of the international educational project " Vavilov Garden" (Sevastopol , Crimea ). The members of the Ukrainian delegation will also participate in debates and discussion panels as part of WISE on inter-civilizational and intercultural dialogue in the context of different joint international youth projects .
