During  May 12-14 , 2014 under the patronage of the Emir of Qatar Sheikh H.H.Tamim Al Thani the 14-th Doha International forum for democracy, development and free trade was concluded. The forum was attended by delegations from 69 countries and 5 international organizations.

Honorary guests of the forum were: the vice-president of Argentina, Deputy Prime Ministers of Kuwait and Moldova, Foreign Minister of Oman , former French Prime Ministers Dominique de Villepin and Michelle Rokard , trade ministers of Bangladesh and Bosnia and Herzegovina , Deputy Secretary of State on economy and trade, and the European Parliament delegation led by Vice-President of this institution Jacek Protasiewicz .

Ukraine's delegation to the forum was headed by the Ambassador of Ukraine in Qatar Mr.Yevhen Mykytenko .
