On October 15, 2015 the Head of Kyiv City State Administration, Intercontinental champion of the WBO and WBA, world boxing champion in the heavyweight division by the WBO and WBC champion Vitali Klytschko and World Boxing Heavyweight class versions of WBO (2000-2003 years, from 2008 till now), IBF (2006 to date), IBO (from 2006 till now), The Ring ( from 2009 until now), WBA (from 2011 till now) champion Volodymyr Klytschko participated in the official closing ceremony of the World Amateur Boxing Championship  AIBA as guests of honor in Doha (Qatar). 
Brothers Klytschko also took part in the ceremony of awarding the winners of the Championship, they also gave a number of interviews to local and international media.

While talking to the press Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klytschko emphasized invariance of the course of reforms, economic liberalization and the fight against corruption, which our country implements.

In the framework of the visit Ukrainian legendary boxers held meetings and talks with the President of the International Boxing Association AIBA Amateur Dr. Wu Ching-Kuo and the Chairman of the Qatari Boxing Federation Mr. Yousef Al-Kazem, who invited them to visit Qatar again.

 Qatari sports officials discussed with the Ukrainian boxers the possibility of holding a "night of professional boxing" with the participation of Klytschko brothers and other current and former world champions in this kind of sports.

The events were attended by the  Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Qatar Mr. Yevhen Mykytenko and embassy staff.
