On October 30 – November 1^st, 2018 Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and accompanying him delegation, including Head of the National Police of Ukraine Serhii Kniaziev paid a visit to the State of Qatar.

During the visit the Ukrainian delegation had meetings with Prime Minister, Minister of Interior of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah Al-Thani and Director General of Public Security (Chief of Police) in Qatar Saad Al-Khulaifi.

Ukrainian delegation also took part in the 12^th International security exhibition «Milipol Qatar 2018».

On November 1^st, 2018 in the presence of Minister A.Avakov and Head of Qatari Government A.Al-Thani in the Headquarters of the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar Head of the National Police of Ukraine S.Kniaziev and Director General of Public Security in Qatar S.Al-Khulaifi signed a document on cooperation between the National Police of Ukraine and the Ministry of Interior of the State of Qatar.
