On November 14, 2018 First Vice-Prime-Minister, Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine H.E. Stepan Kubiv and accompanying delegation began the two-day official visit to the State of Qatar aimed at holding the first session of the Joint Inter-governmental Ukrainian-Qatari Commission on economic, commercial and technical cooperation.
Today, within the framework of the visit H.E. Stepan Kubiv had a meeting with Prime Minister, Minister of interior of Qatar Sheikh Abdullah Al Thani, during which both Sides discussed the perspectives of expanding of the bilateral cooperation in various spheres of common interest.
The First Vice Prime-Minister, Minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine also participated in the official opening ceremony of the first Ukrainian-Qatari economic forum that took place in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the State of Qatar with the participation of businessmen from both countries, where he addressed the esteemed audience.
