Diplomats of Ukrainian Embassy in the State of Qatar recently took part in the international conference entitled “Developments in combat and political performance of armed non-state and state actors”. This event was organized by the Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies.

During the conference experts, researchers and scientists from USA, Great Britain, State of Qatar, Turkey, Egypt, Lebanon, Georgia and Ukraine gave their presentations. The conference became an important tool for the understanding by the representatives of international community the realities of Russia asymmetric warfare in Ukraine.

Ukrainian expert Anna Bulakh, who is also the director of  DesinfoTech,  strategic planning, international and energy security independent consultant, gave the presentation on “Resilience building as response to Russian asymmetric warfare in Ukraine”.
