On November 24, 2014 in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Qatar the Ambassador of Ukraine Mr. Yevhen Mykytenko met with the Vice President of Qatar Chamber of Commerce Mr. Mohammed Al Tuwar, during which he addressed a broad range of issues in order to enhance trade and economic cooperation between the business communities of Ukraine and Qatar.
The Qatari counterpart expressed readiness to provide all facilities of the Qatari Chamber of Commerce in organizing future bilateral business activities, and stressed the importance of strengthening ties between the business entities within the established in June this year the Ukrainian-Qatari Business Council.
The progress of processing a number of pending bilateral economic agreements was also considered. It was also stressed the necessity of signing them during the closest bilateral high-level event.
