On November 30, 2016 the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of Qatar Mr. Sultan Al Mreykhi received the Ambassador of Ukraine to the State of Qatar Mr. Yevhen Mykytenko.

At the meeting the Ukrainian diplomat handed his interlocutor for further transmission a letter from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Mr. Pavlo Klimkin addressed to his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Mohammed Al Thani.

The parties also exchanged views on a wide range of issues of bilateral agenda with emphasis on the importance of intensifying political dialogue at the highest level, intensification of cooperation between the foreign ministries of both countries and the need to further deepen Ukrainian-Qatari cooperation within the UN and other international organizations.
